Statistical Modelling: An International Journal

Statistical Modelling: An International Journal is published by SAGE Publications on behalf of the Statistical Modelling Society. It publishes original and high-quality articles that recognize statistical modelling as the general framework for the application of statistical ideas. Submissions must reflect important developments, extensions, and applications in statistical modelling.

The journal also encourages submissions that describe scientifically interesting, complex or novel statistical modelling aspects from a wide diversity of disciplines, and submissions that embrace the diversity of applied statistical modelling. Furthermore, we would like to get self-contained tutorials on topics that have been spread into several papers. Interesting practical problems using an existing or novel adaptation of a modeling technique are strongly encouraged. See aims and scope of the journal for more information.

The journal Statistical Modelling brings exceptional opportunity to SMS members (and to all statistical modelers) to publish their quality manuscripts. Currently, the typical approximate time to print stands at a very attractive 9-12 months (including review). We are also pleased to report that Online First is running smoothly, making our accepted manuscripts fully accessible even earlier, perhaps in just about 4-6 weeks (while allowing color figures).

If you wish to contact the editors of the journal Statistical Modelling please email to journal@statmod.org
